We are now seeking a dynamic, focused individual to drive our large Housekeeping team in the delivery of exceptional customer service and high levels of cleanliness and room standards.
You will have proven experience in managing all areas of Housekeeping including Rooms, Public Area, and Valet. Experience in recruitment, training, payroll and performance management are essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will be a positive team player, with a thirst for a new challenge. You must be motivated with a high level of character and charisma, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. This position also requires the individual to display strong interpersonal skills, computer literacy, be flexible, focused and demonstrate effective management skills.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hotel industry is essential in this role, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
